AYAN Softwares Salutes The Independence Of India

The celebration of Independence Day at AYAN Softwares was a day full of patriotic spirit, games that involved the whole team, countless creative challenges, fun activities, and a day to remember filled with hilarious moments.

The festivities lit the office with all the colors of the Indian flag. All the team members joined in the spirit of celebration with all the team spirit India’s flag is known for.

Tricolor Theme at Office 

The celebrations of the day commenced with a creative transformation of the office. All the tricolor decorations throughout the office transformed it with the spirit of India’s Independence Day. The decorations got the employees involved too. The teams were divided into three groups representing the three colors of India’s flag.

• White
• Green

Creating the Tricolor

All the three teams came together for the goal of creating the tricolor. Passion and excitement both were there. This was a special highlight of the day and was celebrated with several pictures being taken as a team.

A special selfie spot was created for just more picture taking and the day’s memories.

Creative Dumb Charades for Guessing the Movie

The day was filled with a creative round of guessing movie games that were team bonding. The game was focused on the spirit of India’s Independence and patriotism. Game participants acted out patriotic movies such as Border and Kranti for team members to guess. 

Without saying a word, participants orchestrated scenes to illustrate clues to their team’s movie guesses. The activity created a great deal of laughter in the room and was enjoyed by all.

Treasure Hunt: Find The Clues, Complete The Dialogue

The Independence Day Treasure Hunt was definitely one of the highlights of everyone’s day.

The activity involved participants dividing into teams and finding an equal number of hidden chits (7), which contained the pieces of a well known patriotic speech, in different locations around the office.

The Final Challenge All teams had to collect all the speech pieces in order to arrange the dialogue. The final speech was the famous patriotic dialogue:

“Tum mujhe khoon do, main tumhe azaadi doonga.”

The Treasure Hunt involved so much engagement and participation for the game winners, as they got gifts and cash prizes too and overall fun for all participants as well.

 

Independence Day-Themed Nation Quiz

There was a Nation Themed Quiz designed around Independence Day, wherein the participants had so much fun answering the quiz, and exploring and remembering wonderful facts associated with the nation. Everyone was engaged in their respective teams competing against one another which energized the celebration even more.

Refreshments, Photos and Smiles 

Everyone got to enjoy the fun games while waiting for their turn, so afterwards it was all concluded with tasty refreshments, cute clicks and unforgettable memories.

Celebration of Unity and Team Spirit

AYAN Softwares’ Independence Day celebration was not a typical daily work celebration. It was a chance for everyone to step out of their work routines to celebrate the values of unity and team spirit with a touch of freedom.

Each element of the celebration, including the decorations, the human formation, the patriotic Dumb Charades, the treasure hunt, the nation-related quiz, the refreshments, and the photos, played a role in enhancing the celebration.

Creating Memories Together

The celebration ended with smiles, friendly competitions, and photos, and most importantly, priceless memories. On this Independence Day, AYAN Softwares celebrated in its own style by creating an environment for everyone to celebrate together, enhancing team spirit, and bringing people together.
